  • Application forms for admission are obtained from the College office.
  • Application forms should be filled in with all particulars in the applicant’s own handwriting.
  • All particulars called for in the application form must be filled without any omissions.
  • The forms must be registered in the College Office within 6 days of the announcement of Karnataka SSLC results. Candidates should not wait for the official marks card; it suffices if the marks given by the SSLC Board available in the school where the candidate has studied are entered in the application form. The original marks card the qualifying examination must be produced at the time of the interview only. Once the last date for registration is crossed, returning of the forms will not be entertained.
  • FORMS SENT BACK BY REGISTERED POST WILL NOT BE RECEIVED UNLESS AN AMOUNT OF RS. 10/- IS ENCLOSED BY D.D. OR POSTAL ORDER. ALSO FORMS REACHING THE COLLEGE OFFICE AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE REFUSED.
  • Every student whose application form is registered in the college office within deadline, will receive an intimation letter, either expressing regret or calling up the candidate for an interview.
  • A list of candidates provisionally selected for interview will be published on the College Notice Board. Only such students will be sent intimation cards for personal interview.
  • Those who receive intimation cards should bring with them in original WITHOUT FAIL.
  • a) The Intimation letter and the Prospectus.
  • b) Marks card/ SSLC Certificate/ Provisional marks card.
  • c) Transfer Certificate
  • d) Caste certificate for SC/ST/BT and Income certificate (family income less than Rs. 11,000/- per annum)
  • e) two Passport size photographs.
  • Students who do not appear for the interview on the specified date and time , will not be considered for admission
  • Students who are finally selected after the interview should pay the fees immediately. The fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. The selected students who do not pay the fees or after paying the fees do not attend classes for five consecutive days, will forfeit their seats.
  • Students who are found to have obtained admission by false representation will be summarily dismissed with forfeiture of all fees.
